How to Place an Order
Ordering from our store is quick and simple. Just choose your items, add them to your cart, and follow the checkout steps to complete your purchase.
We’ll guide you through each step so you can complete your purchase with ease.
How to Create an Account
- To create an account, select Account > Sign In from the top right of the page.
- From the Sign In window, enter your email and select Continue.
- Enter the 6-digit code sent to the email address you provided and select Submit.
- You are now logged in.
- Passwords are no longer required to log in to your account. You will use the security codes that are emailed to you each time you log in instead of passwords.
How to Search for Items
There are several easy ways to find the items you're looking for:
- Enter a species or product in the search bar at the top of the page.
- Choose the species you’re looking for from the menu, then refine the items by using the filtering options on the left-hand side of your screen.
How to Add Items to the Cart
- Select the item to go to the product details page.
- From the product details page, choose your preferred seed type, packaging size and quantity and select Add to Cart.
How to Check Out
- Select the shopping bag icon from the top right of your screen.
- From the bottom of the cart pop-out select Check Out.
Entering Billing & Shipping Information
- Enter your email or mobile number if not signed in. Select Sign In if you already have an account with us or would like to Create an Account.
- Select Delivery Method (Note: curbside pick-up available to local residents only.)
- If you have a Discount Code, enter it into the field on the right.
- Complete Shipping Address and Phone Number (Required).
- Select a requested date for delivery from the calendar. This is the date you require your seed for planting.
- Select a Continue to Payment.
- Enter your payment details.
- Choose your billing address.
- Select Pay Now.
- You will be taken to the order confirmation screen where you will see a summary of your order along with your confirmation number.
- Further communications regarding the status of your order will be sent to the email address or mobile number provided at checkout.
