What is your minimum purchase requirement for the 2026 season?

Our minimum purchase requirement is $150.00. (Before taxes and shipping charges)

Is it easy to buy online from us?

Yes! Simply browse or search the product you wish to purchase, find the package size that matches your requirement, then click on the 'add' button to add this item to the shopping cart.

Once you have selected all the items you require, proceed to the checkout where you will be asked to provide your payment and shipping details.

How do I create an account?
  • To create an account, select Account > Sign In from the top right of the page.
  • From the Sign In window, enter your email and select Continue.
  • Enter the 6-digit code sent to the email address you provided and select Submit.
  • You are now logged in.
  • Passwords are no longer required to log in to your account. You will use the security codes that are emailed to you each time you log in instead of passwords.
How do I know if a product is in stock?

If the 'Add to Cart' button is active on the page then this product is either in stock or expected shortly. If the ‘Out of Stock' icon is shown then we have either sold out of this item or there has been a crop failure for the current season.

Where do you ship?

Stokes Seeds ships within North America only.

  • Orders within Canada are fulfilled through our Canadian website.
  • Orders within the United States are fulfilled through our US Website.
Can I make changes to my online order?

If you wish to make changes to your order at checkout, please select the shopping bag icon at the top right of your screen.

Order changes after purchase are not accepted at this time. If additional items are required, please create a new order.

How will I know if my order was successfully placed?

Once your order is completed online, you will receive an order confirmation email confirming that your purchase was successfully submitted.

This email includes your order details for your records. If you do not see it in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.

When will I receive my order?

Most orders are shipped within 10 business days after receipt. Larger orders may take longer. Provided you have included an email address with your order, you will receive auto-generated emails to inform you of order progress.

Where is my tracking number?

All orders receive an email notification with their tracking number when their order ships - this is for both Canada Post and UPS.

I'm missing items on my order?

Please review your packing lists for back ordered items. Remaining items may ship separately and at no additional shipping cost. For order errors, please contact the Customer Support Department.
