Cucumber Seeds

If you enjoy the taste of fresh cucumber, sow some seeds in spring for a summer-long supply. When growing cucumbers it is worth bearing in mind that quite a lot of space is required, unless you are growing a container cucumber. If space is limited young shoots can be trained along wires or a trellis. You can use cucumbers to pickle or to eat raw in a variety of ways. They are very nutritious and are a good source of sulfur, silicon, chlorine potassium, sodium, magnesium, and fluorine. Many people use cucumbers on the skin as a beauty aid as well.
