Earliest and shortest nicotiana. Seedlings produce uniform 6 in/15 cm plants for paks. Outdoors plants grow to 10 - 12 in/25 - 30 cm. Thrives in heat and humidity. Trumpet shaped flowers attract butterflies.

These plants like full sun or semi shade and flower from mid July till frost. When cut, flowers last 3 or 4 days. Blooms are very fragrant! Sow seed indoors May 1st. or outdoors May 15th., seed germinates slowly. Press seed into the soil and do not cover, they require light to germinate. Transplant about 20 days later into groups of 4 to 6.

COMMERCIAL GROWER: Sow Mar. 10th - Apr. 15th at 70°F/21°C soil temp. Press seed into the soil and do not cover, they require light to germinate. 1/8 oz./4 gr. sows approx. 40 (20 x 12 in/51 x 31 cm) flats at 1,000 seedlings per flat. Do not sow before Mar. 1st. as plants will become too tall for May - June sales. Seed should germinate in about 7 - 14 days. Grow seedlings at 60°F/l 6°C. Transplant in 20 - 25 days from seeding.
