Approx. 12,000 seeds per oz/28 g; pkt. sows about 100 ft/30 m
CULTURE: Sow indoors from early Dec. throughout the winter months in pots, every two weeks for a continuous supply. Matures from seed in about 4 or 5 weeks during winter months. Sow outdoors thinly at 6 seeds per in/25 mm.; 0.25 in/6 mm deep, cover seed lightly and firm. Thin to 1.5 in/4 cm apart. Tender young leaves may be eaten in 15 days. Pepper grass does not do well during hot weather, so seeding should be discontinued during mid - summer months but is an excellent source of pungent parsley, like salad material during spring and fall.
