GREENHOUSE: Sow Feb. 15th - Apr. 15th for May sales and July blooms. Germinate @ 60 - 65°F/15 - 18°C soil temp. for 3 - 4 days. 1 oz/28 g sows 8 (20 x 12 in/51 x 31 cm) flats @ 700 - 800 seedlings per flat. Cover seeds and firm. Use tempered water until seedlings appear. Transplant in 4 - 5 weeks - the smallest seedlings are your best colors. Keep well ventilated. Give transplants lots of room in paks.
DIRECT SOWING: Sow in late May, transplant in 3 - 4 weeks, 12 x 12 in/31 x 31 cm apart. Plants will bloom in late Aug. Save tubers from your favorite colors for next spring.
